摘要
高校工资管理是财务管理重要组成部分。随着高校的人事和财务制度的改革,工资管理逐步走向市场化和社会化。就目前高校工资管理中出现的问题及对策作些探讨。
The university salary management is the important part of financial management. With the reform on the personnel and financial systems; the salary management becomes socialization and adopts the market priciple step by stetp. The paper studies the problems and countermeasurers on the university salary management.
