摘要
利用高能振动喷丸法对TC4钛合金进行了表面细化的研究。用光镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和硬度计等手段分析并研究其表层变形层金相组织、晶粒尺寸及显微硬度。结果表明,TC4钛合金经高能喷丸处理后,材料表面形成一定厚度的细化晶粒组织,且喷丸强度越高,表层平均晶粒尺寸越细、形变层越深;高能喷丸处理后,随距被处理表面距离增加,硬度增加程度越来越小,随喷丸时间延长表面硬度有增加趋势。
A Microstructure refinement surface layer was obtained in TC4 Titanium Alloy surface treated by a high-energy shot peering (HESP) technique, The surface layers are characterized by means of optical microscope, TEM, SEM and micro-hardness testing machine, The results show that the higher the shot strength, the smaller the mean grain sizes in surface and the thicker the deformation layers; the surface microhardness decreased gradually from the surface to the centre, and with the treatment time increasing, the surface microhardness is inclined to increases.
