摘要
目的研究血尿素升高对血细胞计数仪测定MCV的影响。方法对健康献血者血样品添加干燥纯尿素粉制成不同血尿素浓度样品,取住院尿毒症患者不同时期的血样品,测定各样品MCV值,分析MCV值与血尿素浓度的关系。结果随着尿素浓度的增加,测定的MCV值也会增加,且尿素浓度越大,对MCV测定产生的干扰也越大。结论严重的高尿素血症可使MCV的检测结果出现假性增高。
Objective To evaluate the effects of plasma urea on testing MCV values. Methods Firstly, to add dry pure urea powder in varying amounts to blood samples taken from healthy donors so as to obtain a variety of samples possessing differing concentrations of urea. The MCV values of the samples were tested. Second, to check blood samples from patient in different period who contracted uremia and to test the MCV values of the samples. Then the relation between the MCV values and the concentrations of urea in blood was analyzed. Results With the rise in concentration of urea, the MCV values also increased. Likewise, the greater the concentration of urea, the greater was the interference in the MCV testing. Conclusion In cases of serious hyperuricemia, the results maybe increase when testing MCV value. If comparatively high MCV values are discovered, further analysis should be performed to ascertain the effects caused by the combination with concentrations of urea.
