摘要
目的:观察儿童白内障人工晶状体植入术后视力、屈光度,探讨儿童白内障选择合适人工晶状体的依据。方法:3 ̄11岁儿童52例83眼,手术时按年龄分为两组,A组3 ̄6岁,27例50眼;B组6 ̄14岁,25例33眼均植入人工晶状体,术后1mo进行视网膜检影验光,每0.5a复验,随访6mo ̄3a,对术后屈光度及最终矫正视力进行观察。结果:A组平均屈光度变化为3.17±2.90D。B组平均屈光度变化为1.08±1.37D,11眼(13.3%)BCVA≥1.0,45眼(55.6%)BCVA≥0.5,5眼(6.0%)≤0.3。结论:儿童白内障尽早手术的同时,根据年龄段,植入欠矫的人工晶状体并配戴框架眼镜,是恢复儿童良好的视力的关键。
AIM: To evaluate selection of suitable intraocular lens through observing visual acuity refraction after intraocular lens implantation in pediatric patients.
METHODS: Fifty-two children (83 eyes) age from 3 to 14 years were divided into two groups on age at time of I0L operation Fifty eyes of 27 cases in group A (age 3-6 years). Thirty-three eyes of 25 cases in group B (age 6-14 years). The follow-up time started from 1 month postoperatively and the patients were rechecked once every 6 months from 6 months to 3 years, Refraction and final corrected visual acuity were observed.
RESULTS: In group A, the mean change in refraction was 3,17+ 2.90D. In group B, the refractive mean was 1.08+ 1,37D. Eleven eyes (13.3%) BCVA t〉1.0, 45 eyes (55.6%) BCVA t〉0.5, 5 eyes (6,0%) BCVA≤0.3.
CONCLUSION: It is important to take surgery early by implanting insufficient corrected intraocular lens and matching framed glasses according to age in children with cataract.
