摘要
本文从我国高等医学教育中教学模式单一、人文教育薄弱、学生创新能力不强这几个主要问题入手,分析了二十一世纪高等医学教育的国际化、终身化、知识模块的综合化、社会化和个性化趋势,并对医学目标的要求提出了用科学发展观指导医学教育改革的思想:用先进的教育理念指导改革,立足全面、协调发展;全面正确地把握医学学科的特殊性,培养医学创新人才;引进国际标准,实施医学教育国际化战略;适应现代化要求,加快医学教育信息化步伐;改革人才培养模式,培养社会急需人才;整合社会资源,保障高等医学教育可持续发展以及系统进行医学教学改革等措施。
This article analyzes the international, social and individual trend of 21 th century medical education in institutions of higher learning in China, and proposes the concept of scientific development view-point in guiding the medical education reform. That is, to guide the reform with advanced education concept, to develop medical talents according to its own speciahy, to take international strategy in accordance with international standard, to accelerate the informational speed of medical education, to cuhivate needed talents of the society with brand-new model, and to ensure the stable development and the systematic renovation of medical education in institutions of higher learning in our country.
