摘要
本文从消费者个体选择行为角度出发,分析了双通道物流供应链下厂商和零售商之间的冲突。我们的研究表明,当两个通道成本较低时,双方冲突比较激烈;随着两通道成本的增加,双方冲突趋于缓和。
The design of dual-channel supply-chain under individual choice was studied. Our result shows that when both channels have lower costs, the manufacture should develop an e-commerce channel to compete with its own retailer for more profits. And this makes the retailer cut down the retail price and lost part of his profit. However, when the costs of both channels are higher, the previous results maybe all totally different. Under the last situation, the manufacture should consider more about the influence of the costs, before choosing competitive strategy or cooperative strategy so that it can successfully avoid the potential decreasing of market demand and always gain the optimal profit.
