摘要
为解决经纬双弹织物经、纬纱弹性大,生产过程中易出现松、紧经的问题,对整经、浆纱工艺进行了调整。整经工序适当增加纱线张力以减轻单纱张力差异,浆纱工序为保证氨纶包芯纱在高温下不损失弹性,上浆温度偏低掌握,上浆以被覆为主,上浆率偏大掌握。通过采取有效措施,使织机效率达到90%以上,织物布面平整、幅宽一致。
To resolve problems of big elasticity of warp and weft , loose warp and tight warp of warp weft double elasticity fabric, processing of warping and sizing were adjusted. Yarn tension is increased in warping process to reduce single yarn tension difference. Sizing temperature should be lower, coverage should be the main effect of sizing and sizing percentage should be higher to guarantee the elasticity of polyuranethane core-spun yarn in high temperature. Through these effective measures, loom efficiency can reach above 90% , fabric can has levelness face and the same width.
