摘要
为了观察黄芩提取物黄芩甙抗解脲支原体的作用,揭示黄芩甙的更广泛的抗病原体效应,采用液体培养基稀释法,测定黄芩甙对解脲支原体体外抑菌效应.黄芩甙对解脲支原体的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为1.87 ~4.32 mg/mL.黄芩甙对解脲支原体有明显抑制作用.
Antibacterial effect of baicalin, the extract of root of Scutellaria baicalensis, against Ureaplasrna urealyticum (Uu) was observed to reveal its more extensive anti-pathogen effect. Dilution method of liquid medium was adopted to determine bacteriostasis of the baicalin against Uu. The results showed that the range of MIC of baicalin against Uu is 1.87-4.32 mg/mL, therefore, it has obvious inhibition against Uu.
