摘要
分别用高冰镍、焙烧镍、镍粉及 NiSO_4刺激人外周血,结果表明,除高冰镍能显著诱发化学发光(CL)外,其他几种镍化合物诱发 CL 的能力很弱;测量体系中血浓度、高冰镍含量及体系保温时间等对人外周血诱发的 CL 有影响。进一步实验表明,高冰镍对酵母多糖刺激的人外周血CL 有增强作用,此外,还观察了 Na_2SeO_3对高冰镍刺激的人外周血 CL 的影响。
Among several kinds of Ni compounds,the potentiality of matte nickel (M-Ni,containing nickel about forty-seven percent,being in forms of Ni_3S_2 and metal nickel) stimulating human peripheral blood chemilu- minoscence (CL) in vitro is great,and the potentiality of other nickel compounds are weaker.Human pe- ripheral blood CL was influenced by the concentration of blood M-Ni in the measuring system.M-Ni could enhance human peripheral blood CL stimulated by opsonic zymosan.The effect of Na_2SeO_3 in scavenging free radicals produced by respiratory burst of human peripheral blood was not observed in vitro.
