鼠尾藻新生枝条的室内培养及条件优化 被引量:25

摘要 在2004年冬季用正交试验法考察了温度、盐度、氮肥(硝酸钠)浓度和光照强度4个因子的不同水平下对鼠尾藻Sargassum thunbergii 2~4cm新生枝条生存和生长速度的影响。结果表明,这些枝条能够在室内适宜条件下存活并生长,优化的条件组合是:水温16℃、盐度20、氮肥15mg/L和光照4000lx。光照在最高试验水平下得到高值,预示着更高强度的光照会更有利于生长。温度对鼠尾藻有显著影响,22℃即不能正常存活。极差(R)排列顺序为:温度〉光照〉误差〉盐度〉氮肥,据此可以判定在试验取值范围内温度和光照影响较大,而盐度和氮肥的影响小于误差,为次要因素。 A study on the effects of water temperature (T), salinity (S), nitrogenous fertilizer (Nf, sodium nitrate), illumination intensity (Ii) on the growth of 2-4 cm young tress of Sargassurn thunbergii was carried out in Qingdao in winter, 2004. As a result, the tress could survive and grow under the appropriate conditions in laboratory. The optimal conditions were T 16 ℃, S 20, Nf 15 mgs/L and Ii 4 000 lx. Under test conditions, the biggest growth was gained at the highest Ii, that indicated higher Ii level might be suitable to growth of the young tress. T had also shown significant influence to survival and growth of the young tress, which couldn't survive normally over 22 ℃. In according to impact extent on the young tress, the Range (R) sequence was T〉Ii〉 error〉 S〉 Nf. The impact of T and Ii was more significant than S and Nf. In another hand, the effect of S and Nf might be determined as secondary factors for less than the error.
