摘要
载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B,ApoB)在脂类代谢、胆固醇的运输中起关键性的作用,其在心血管疾病、家族性β脂蛋白血症、肥胖和胆囊疾病的研究中尤为重要。本文对ApoB独特的基因结构、表达模式及其多态性与疾病关系的研究进展进行了综述。
Apolipoprotein B （ApoB） plays an essential role in metabolism of the lipids and transport of the cholesterol, and is one of the essential factors in the research of the coronary artery disease, familial dysbetalipoproteinemia, obesity, and gallstone disease. The research progress of ApoB gene＇s peculiar gene structure, expression patterns, and correlation between its polymorphism and diseases are reviewed.
