电热炮膛压测量的双保险设计

摘要 电热炮发射实验的电磁环境复杂,对膛压测量影响很大。采用现场存储技术和数字光纤传输技术双保险措施,可以很好地解决电磁干扰难题,提高测试系统的可靠性,实现了多参数的时间关联。现场存储方式实时保存试验数据,实验结束后再读取和处理数据,无电磁干扰途径。数字光纤传输方式使用光纤传输数字信号,抗电磁干扰能力强。两种方式互相印证,相互补充,实验效果良好。 There was a severity electromagnetic environment when the electro-thermal chemical gun (ETCG) was launched. The Electromagnetic Interference'(EMI)brought some problems to measure the ETCG bore pressure. The Pressure measure system twi-safety,, which was adopted ihe field testing technique with digital storage and the digital fiber-optic transmitter technique, had solved the EMI problem. At the same time, it enhanced the pressure measure system reliability and came true the time relationship of multi-parameter. The field testing: with digital storage saved test data in time not to be affected by EMI. The data were accessed and processed by a computer after the launch experiment. It was good at anti-jamming that the digital fiber-optic transmitter transmitted the digital signal by fiber-optic. Two measuring means were verified and complementary each other. The means are a better experimental effect.
