摘要
随着贸易自由化进程的不断加速,关税与传统非关税壁垒不断削减,技术性贸易壁垒目前已经成为主要的国际贸易壁垒形式。随着我国加入世界贸易组织,国际间的贸易合作更加频繁,技术性贸易壁垒对我国产品的出口必然会造成越来越大的影响,提出克服技术性贸易壁垒的对策。
Along with the trade liberalization advancement unceasing acceleration, the customs duty and the tradition non- tariff barrier reduce unceasingly, and the technical trade barriers already become the main international trade barrier form at present. Joins the World Trade Organization along with our country, we make more frequently international trade cooperation with the world, the technical trade barriers can have the more and more tremendous influence to our country product exportation.
