摘要
面向按库存生产和按订单生产相结合的柔性供应链,将产品零部件分解为通用件和差异件,利用时间Petri网对供应链业务流程进行建模与仿真,分析订单完成量对供应链库存和订单响应时间的影响,确定最佳的产品差异率。结果表明:较少的订单完成量有利于供应链的库存控制和快速响应;差异件的存在有助于快速定制产品,且基本不影响整个供应链的库存,最佳的产品差异率为0.3。因此,柔性供应链适用于多品种、少批量的需求模式。
The flexible supply chain that was integrated by made- to--stock (MTS) and made--to--order (MTO) was studied. The product components of supply chain were divided into common part and different one, and a model of the business process of its supply chain was set up and simulated by timed Petri-- net. The influence of the completed amount of orders on inventory and times of orders response for flexible supply chain were analyzed, and the best ratio of product difference was determined. Results show that the lesser completed orders amount is in favor of the inventory control and orders rapid completion of the flexible supply chain, and the different parts of product realize product customization rapidly, and do not influence inventory of the whole supply chain, and the best ratio of product difference is about 0.3. So the flexible supply chain is fitted for the demand mode with multi--varieties and fewer batches.
