摘要
应用ANSYS软件对碳酸钙粒子填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料在拉伸过程中的界面应力分布进行了有限元分析,并将三维与二维的有限元模拟结果加以比较.结果表明:粒子极点区受到的剪切作用最大,而赤道区则受到基体树脂强烈的挤压提拉作用,拉伸应力达到最大值;相对而言,三维的应力分布曲线起伏较大.
The finite element analysis (FEA) of the interracial stress distribution during the tension of CaCO3-filled polypropylene (PP) composite was carried out using the ANSYS software. The results of the 3D simulation were then compared with those of the 2D simulation. It is thus concluded that the shear effect subjected to the pole zone of CaCO3 particles is maximal, and the tensile stress reaches the maximum in the equator zone because of the strong pressing and pulling due to the resin matrix. Moreover, the 3D stress distribution is more undulant than the 2D one.
