摘要 一、概要 提高人民膳食水平,扩大食品出口贸易,对食品安全问题提出了十分迫切而具体的要求,食品安全已经成为我国政府和人民共同关注的热点问题之一。 Food, as the basis of human life, is also the fundamental of economic development and the steadiness of society. As it is so important that food safety is becoming a global focus aroused widely attention of the government bodies and organizations all over the world. In china, the government attaches great importance to the research of food safety technology. During the tenth" five year plan", The country has established a new system of food safety standards that matches international standards, a uniform and efficient food safety monitoring system and a food safety credit system. And during the "eleventh five year plan".
