摘要
本文指出了制订小型继电器可靠性指标及研制继电器可靠性试验装置的重要性、阐述了新研制的一种先进、新颖的微机控制与检测继电器可靠性试验装置,讨论了该装置硬件、软件及其工作原理。以20台155型继电器为试品,在该试验装置上进行了可靠性试验,并对试验结果进行了分析。
As is discussed in this paper, it is of great importance working out the reliability index for miniature relays and developing a device for the relays reliability test.An advanced and novel reliability test device whieh had been developed is instroduced. The hardware, software and principle of the test device are formulated. With this device the reliability test can be done by a microcompwter automatically, Having done a relialility test for the relay model 155 with this test device, We have have analysed the test data in this paper.
