慢性三氯化镧暴露对大鼠血糖和血脂水平的影响 被引量:5

Effects on serum glucose and lipids in chronical exposure to lanthanum chloride in rat

摘要 目的探讨稀土元素镧的慢性暴露对大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法分别以0.1、2和40mg/kg剂量的三氯化镧(LaCl3)给大鼠经口灌胃,每天1次,90d后处死;取全血测定糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc),分离血清测定血糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果与对照组相比,3个LaCl3暴露剂量组大鼠HbAlC、血清Glu、TG和LDL-C水平无统计学意义;0.1和2mg/kg剂量LaCl3暴露组大鼠血清TC水平分别为(1.38±0.14)mmol/L和(1.37±0.26)mmol/L,与对照组大鼠(1.57±0.14)mmoL/L相比有明显降低;0.1mg/kg剂量LaCl3暴露组大鼠血清HDL-C为(0.79±0.12)mmol/L,比对照组大鼠(0.93±0.10)mmol/L有明显降低。结论0.1~40mg/kg LaCl3慢性暴露对大鼠血清Glu、TG和LDL-C水平无显著影响;低、中剂量LaCl3慢性暴露可使大鼠血清TC和HDL-C降低。 Objective To explore the effects of serum glucose and lipids by on chronically lanthanum exposure in rat. Methods The Wistar rats were treated with oral exposure dose 0.1, 2 and 40 mg/kg of lanthanum chloride (LaCl3) respectively, after 90 days the rats were sacrificed and the blood was collected for weasuring the glycosylated hemoglobin A (HbAlc), the serum was used for weasuring glucose, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)levels. Results There were no any differences among the control and 3 dose LaCl3 exposed rats on the blood HbAlc and serum Glu, TG and LDL-C levels (P 〉 0.05). The serum TC in 0.1 and 2 mg/kg LaCl3 dose group rats were (1.38±0.14) mmol/L and (1.37±0.26) mmol/L respectively. It was lower than that of the controls (1.57±0.14) mmol/L significantly (P 〈 0.05), the serum HDL-C in 0.1 mg/kg dose group rats was (0.79±0.12) mmol/L and obviously lower than that of control group rats (0.93±0.10) mmol/L (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion 0.1 - 40 mg/kg LaCl3 chronically exposed have not greater effect on serum glucose, TG and LDL-C levels in rats, but the lower dose LaCl3 chronical exposure might cause serum TC and HLD-C level decreasing.
