摘要
e-Service驱动的网络化制造模式的核心是将电子服务的概念引入到制造过程,而实现这种制造模式的重要前提是对设备进行e-Service化改造。数控加工过程仿真作为设备e-Service化改造的一个很重要环节,可以为设备e-Service化改造提供工况信息服务、可视化服务等功能。按照上述思想和方法,本文从制造服务的角度出发,对支撑数控仿真系统的核心———制造过程可视化服务(几何仿真)和工况信息服务(物理仿真)两方面进行了深入的研究与分析,并使用VRML技术和Java技术开发了数控仿真原型系统,最后用实例进行了验证。
The core idea of e-Service-driven and networked manufacturing model is to introduce the coneept of e-Service to manufacturing processes. An important prerequisite for implementing such a manufacturing model is the e-Service reform of manufacturing equipment. As an important link in the e-Service reform of the equipment, NC process simulation can provide it with services such as operational condition information and visualization etc. Following the above-mentioned ideas, and starting from the perspective of manufacturing service, the paper conducted an in-depth study of manufacturing process visualization service( geometrical simulation) and operational condition information service( physical simulation) which are the core services for supporting NC simulation systems. In so doing, the VRML technique and Java technique were used to develop NC simulation prototype systems which were verified by an instance.
