摘要
目的为了解北京市流动人口中麻风病知识普及情况,探索提高他们麻风病的知识水平及加强对流动人口特别是来自麻风病高发区人口传播该病的预防、控制。方法采用调查表对建筑工地流动人口进行麻风病知识、态度、行为等调查。结果被调查者普遍存在着对麻风病的基本症状了解不多,或根本不了解[占65%(41/63)],严重缺乏麻风病的基本科学知识和预防措施;有歧视麻风病的现象,多数人对麻风病人存在恐惧和厌恶心理。部分人自认为了解,但并不能准确说出麻风病早期表现和症状。结论急需在流动人群中大力宣传麻风病的科普知识;有必要对各大医院皮肤科医生进行麻风病早期诊断和鉴别诊断方面的培训;对来自麻风病高发区流动人口建立疾病监测方案。
Objective To understand the status and to improve the health education on leprosy among the floating population in Beijing in order to control the transmission of the disease. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 60 persons of the floating population in Beijing to investigate their knowledge, opinion and attitude towards leprosy. Results The result showed that their knowledge of leprosy is not strong. More than half of participants did not know the early symptom and the prevention of leprosy. Although most of the participants did not show any prejudice in leprosy, many of them had an impression that prejudice in leprosy was common in their community. It is evident from the study that some prejudices and misconceptions still exist. Conclusion The floating population in Beijing did not have strong knowledge in leprosy and prejudice and misconception in leprosy still exist. Health education on leprosy should be implemented to improve the knowledge in leprosy among the floating population. Doctors should be trained to diagnose the early stage of leprosy and surveillance of leprosy for the floating population should also be established.
