摘要
为研究如何改善HDPE基木塑复合材料的力学性能,分别考察了不同木粉含量、不同偶联剂及增容剂对复合材料力学性能的影响,通过测试和观察复合材料的力学性能和微观形貌,得出以下结论:木粉的加入增加了复合材料的刚性,但降低了材料的韧性;添加了硅烷偶联剂制备的复合材料力学性能较好;MA PP使材料综合性能最好。
In order to research how to improve the mechani cal properties of wood-plastics-composite based on HDPE, the author investigated respectively the effects on the mechanical properties of wood plastics composite as resulted by different wood-powder content, different coupling agents and different compatibilizers, according to the mechanical properties and microcosmic physiognomy's testing result, it can be concluded as follows. First, rigidity of composite materials has becn increased; but tenacity has fallen because of wood-powder being added. Second, the mechanical properties of composite-materials, with the addition of the Silane coupling agent, are preferable. Finally, MA-PP gave the best combined properties.
