摘要
从厦门市集美鳌园附近海域分离得到一株海洋蛭弧菌BDSG1.实验结果表明,该菌的最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH值为8.3.在人工生态环境中对该蛭弧菌与宿主弧菌相互作用的消长情况的研究表明,蛭弧菌BDSG1对弧菌有较强的裂解和净化作用.通过单因素及五因子正交试验对蛭弧菌BDSG1发酵生产条件进行优化,得到了最优培养基配方,发酵最佳时间为50 h,菌液浓度可达9.5×1010pfu/mL.
Bdellovibrio BDSG1 strain was isolated from the neighbor sea area of Jimei Aoyuan Park, Xiamen City. The influence on the growth of this strain was studied, and the results indicated that the optimal temperature and pH were 25℃ and 8.3, respectively. The interactions of the host Vibrio sp. and BDSGI under the artificial environments were investigated and the results showed that BDSG1 had a strong decomposition and biodegradation on the Vibrio sp. The optimal conditions for the culture of BDSGI were obtained by the experiments with single factor and five factors of orthogonal test. After the fermentation with a period of 50 hours, the concentration of BDSG1 cells in the fermentation broth could reach 9.5 ×10^10pfu/mL.
