摘要 针对燃料电池汽车整车数据采集和状态监控的要求开发了燃料电池汽车车载信息监控系统。系统硬件采用了嵌入式PC、通讯接口卡和现场总线数据采集模块。基于嵌入式操作系统XPE,采用了虚拟仪器开发平台开发了监控软件。系统实现了燃料电池汽车CAN总线和传感器通道的数据采集和存储以及整车信息监控和故障报警功能,为燃料电池汽车的开发提供了有力的工具。 To meet the requirements of fuel cell vehicle data acquisition and monitoring, an on board data monitoring system was developed. The hardware is constructed with embedded PC, communication card and field bus data acquisition module. The monitoring software was developed by the embedded operating system XPE in the virtual instrument development platform. The fuel cell vehicle CAN bus and sensor channel data acquisition, data storage, information monitoring and malfunction alarm were realized by the developed system. The system provides a powerful tool for research and development of the fuel cell vehicle.
