摘要
企业生产装备系统的维修管理在企业管理中的地位日益突出,企业为管理维修生产装备系统所耗费的成本也日益高昂。如何确定装备系统的维修周期、维修次数及最优经济寿命周期,成为企业最重要的决策活动之一。针对企业生产装备系统运作实际,提出了基于最低可接受可靠度的可变维修周期的装备费用维修决策策略,并提供了决策模型。通过模型可以科学合理地确定装备系统的维修周期及维修次数,并实现装备系统全寿命周期内系统维修费用最小。
In the new market economy environment, the maintenance management of equipment system is getting more and more important to the enterprise. The expenditure to maintenance is more and more expensive. It is one of the most important decision-making activities that how to decide the maintenance cycle, the number of maintenances and the optimal life cycle. In view of the practice, the maintenance decision-making policies of the changeable maintenance cycle based on the minimal acceptable reliability are presented. It also provides the decision-making model. The optimal maintenance cycle and life cycle can be worked out by this model. So decision-makers can get the target of minimum maintenance cost in its life cycle.
