摘要
城镇化是世界各国走向现代化的基本经验,是我国繁荣农村经济、实现全面小康社会奋斗目标的必经之路。在我国当前的城镇化进程中,一些地方农民群体的利益没有得到很好的保障,使处于新生存环境的农民面临着被“边缘化”的危险,对失地农民的下一代更产生了不可估量的影响。为此,探讨了如何保障失地农民及其下一代的利益、如何引导失地农民参与市场竞争并提高其竞争能力。
Rural urbanization is the basic experience for modern of the entire world, it is the only way for our rural economic.,;＇ entirely flourish and entirely easy society. But in the process of our rural urbanization, there are some no cultivate land, no post, no social insurance for lost territory peasants＇ phenomena in some places. The farmers colony interests have not been protect the lost territory farmer face to the marginalization risk, their next generation face to the grimmer future. This paper discussed how to guarantee the lost territory farmers and their next generation＇s interests, how to exploit their capability to participate in the market competition.
