摘要
采用大田试验研究了灌水和氮素形态对旱区烤烟(Nicotiana tabacum L.)叶片养分含量及烟叶产量品质的影响.结果表明,在烤烟大田生长期,灌水可以显著提高叶片K含量,降低Fe,Mn含量;随NO3-用量增加,烟叶中K含量显著增加,Fe含量显著下降,其它养分含量变化不大.营养元素N,P,K,Cu,Zn在烤烟不同部位叶片中的分布具有上部叶>中部叶>下部叶的规律性,Ca,Mg,Fe的分布则相反,烤烟营养元素在各部位叶片中的分布规律不受灌水和氮素形态的影响.增加NO3-用量对提高烟叶产量的效应不显著,烟叶的上等烟比例和总氮含量显著增加,烟碱和还原糖含量有降低的趋势.灌水对提高旱区烟叶产量和上等烟比例有显著的促进作用.
The effects of irrigation and nitrogen source on concentration of nutrients in the leaves and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana Tabacum L. ) were studied in field experiment. The results showed that the content of K in flue-cured tobacco leaves increased significantly, but the content of Fe and Mn in the leaves decreased obviously under irrigation condition. With the increasing proportion of nitrate and ammonium in total rates of nitrogen fertilizer, it was found that the content of K in tobacco leaves increased remarkably, the content of Fe decreased significantly, and the change of the other elements content in the leaves was not significant. The results also showed that the distribution of N, P, K, Cu, Zn in leaves on different leaf position of tobacco plant was in the order of upper leaf 〉 cutters 〉 lower leaf, but the opposite result was observed in the distribution of Ca, Mg, Fe. Moreover, the characteristic of nutrients distribution in the leaves of different leaf position was not influenced by irrigation and nitrogen source. With the increasing of nitrate rates, the high quality leaf ratio and content of total nitrogen in cured leaves were increased significantly, the content of nicotine and reducing sugar in the leaves tended to be decreased, but no significant variation was found in yield. Irrigation could remarkably improve the yield and high quality leaf ratio of flue-cured tobacco in dry land.
