摘要
随着定向井、水平井、深井所占的比例增大,造成钻杆与套管磨损严重,摩擦阻力大,甚至发生卡钻事故,因此对钻杆与套管的摩擦磨损试验研究提出了更高要求,而插销式试验机不能有效地模拟现场工况,为此,研制了MZM—500型油井钻杆-套管摩擦磨损试验机。通过选择钻杆、套管、钻井液、温度等参数的不同组合对钻杆外壁沿套管内壁的摩擦旋转进行了有效模拟,该机能够实时显示正压力、摩擦因数、磨损量、温度等试验数据。应用表明,该机工作平稳、振动小、转速恒定,与设定值相同,钻井液温度与温度调控系统一致,取得了良好的试验效果。
As the proportion of directional well,horizontal well and deep well increases,the wear between drill pipe and casing becomes worse and the frictional resistance between them escalates,and even the drill pipe sticking occurs.Thus the higher demand on the study of the test of the frictional wear between drill pipe and casing is raised.Since the bolt tester cannot simulate the in-situ condition effectively,a JMZM-500 type oil well drill pipe-casing frictional wear tester is developed.Through different combination of such parameters as drill pipe,casing,drilling fluid and temperature,the frictional rotation of the outer wall of drill pipe along the inner wall of casing was simulated effectively.The new tester can display the real-time positive pressure,frictional coefficient,wear loss,temperature and other data.The application indicates that the tester features smooth operation,small vibration,constant rotating speed and identical result with the set value.And moreover,the temperature of drilling fluid is identical with that of the temperature control system,obtaining good test result.
