摘要 采用空心玻璃微珠填充改性双马来酰胺树脂(BMI),研究了玻璃微珠用量、粒径及表面处理对材料性能的影响,并用热机械分析仪(TMA)测定了材料的线膨胀系数。结果表明:随着玻璃微珠质量分数的增加,马丁耐热温度提高,线膨胀系数呈降低的趋势,小粒径(10μm)和经过表面处理的玻璃微珠对马丁耐热温度改性的效果更加显著。 Bismaleimide (BMI) was modified by filling with hollow glass besds. The effects of the content, particle diameter and surface treatment of the glass beads on the property of the modified BMI were studied, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the modified BMI was determined by means of thermal mechanical analyzer (TMA) . The results showed that the Martin heat resistance temperature rose and the thermal expansion coefficient decreased with the increase of the mass percentage of the glass besds. The effect of small glass bead, which had small particle diameter (10μm) and was surface treated, on the Martin heat resistance temperature was more obvious.
