摘要
分析了抽油机井油管的载荷形式、表面加工状态、特别是螺纹齿根结构特点对疲劳强度的影响,估算出了螺纹根部的疲劳强度;模拟油管工况,对符合API规范要求的螺纹根部的局部应力应变进行了计算,揭示了具有无限疲劳寿命时的螺纹根部的疲劳特性;基于螺纹根部的疲劳强度和疲劳特性,采用应力寿命法(Goodman关系)计算出了现用油管螺纹根部所能承受的极限应力幅;依据以上各项研究结果,从量化方面对现用油管的疲劳断裂失效进行了分析和论证。
The influence of loading type, surface state, structure of the screw root of tubing of rod-pumped well on fatigue strength of tubing is analyzed and the fatigue strength of the screw root of tubing is estimated. By simulating working condition of tubing and calculating local stress and strain of the screw root on the conformation to API specification, the fatigue character of the screw root with infinity fatigue life is revealed. On the basis of fatigue strength and fatigue character of the screw root, limit stress amplitude which the screw root of tubing can bear is calculated with the method of stress-life. On the basis of above results, the fatigue fracture of tubing is analyzed quantitatively.
