摘要
目的了解社区卫生服务职工工作满意度水平与稳定性状况,研究其主要影响因素,提出改进对策与措施。方法采用抽样调查的方法进行调查,运用方差分析、多因素线性回归、非条件logistic回归等进行分析。结果所设计量表具有较好的信度和效度;目前职工最不满意之处集中在收入、福利待遇等方面;工作回报、工作条件等是影响工作满意度的重要因素;预防保健人员是一个低满意度群体。职工的工作心态不稳定,年龄、学历、工作回报、个人价值实现程度等是影响稳定性的重要因素。结论应加强工作满意度与稳定性方面的研究,采取有效措施,提高社区卫生服务职工工作满意度与稳定性。
Objective To find out the current state of job satisfaction and stability of community health services staff, study the key affected factors and put forward relevant strategy and measures to improve the )ob satisfaction and stability. Methods Sampling survey was conducted, adopted the A.NOVA, multiple linear regression and logistic regression and other methods to analyze the data, Results The reliability and validity of questionnaire was good, the most dissatisfaction about the job included: income, reward and so on. The rewards from the job, working conditions and so on were the key factors that affected the job satisfaction of the staff. The satisfactory level of the professionals of preventive medicine was the lowest among the community health services staff. The key factors that affected the idea of leaving were as follows: age, educational level, reward form the job, the level of individuals' talent being utilized. Conclusion Should to strengthen the research on joh satisfaction and stability, take measures to improve the joh satisfaction and stability of community health services staff.
