介绍了油雾润滑系统的特点,探讨了采用单片机实现一个微型油雾润滑系统自动控制的方法,并进行了系统设计和程序设计。将该系统用于烟机切刀自动润滑,节省了润滑油用量,提高了产品质量,延长了切刀使用寿命。此系统亦可广泛地应用于其它机械的润滑。
The properties of advanced oil-mist lubricating system were introduced,the method to use a MCU to control an oil-mist micro-system automatically was introduced, including programming and system estimating. Applying this system to tobacco machine tool shows that lubricating oil is saved, machine tool＇ s life is prolonged, product quality is improved. This system can also be used in many other fields.
