摘要
本文研究了基于uClinux的双机系统通讯传输的方案及实现。分析了以太网传输、HPI等相关关键技术,采取合理任务分配策略保证了系统的实时性要求,并将网络数据传输率控制在应用需求范围内。该技术应用于网络化机床设备检测系统,取得了良好的效果。本设计在网络化数据采集和传输方面给出了可行的应用方案。
This paper presents design and implementation of HPI technique in embedded system-based master-slave system communication based on Internet/Intranet. Several key technical problems including Internet/Intranet and HPI used in industrial tests and diagnosis are discussed. By using ARM S3C4510B, embedded LINUX and reasonable task-assigned strategy, the system demand for real-time and data transmission speed of network are guaranteed. This technology is well used in network tests and diagnosis of machine tool. Feasible design is applied in the area of dynamic data collection and transmission based on Internet/Intranet in this paper.
