摘要
目的了解门诊处方中的降压药的使用情况,以指导临床合理用药。方法对我院2005年1-4月份门诊中成药及西药处方进行统计分析,对降压药的利用度、合理性进行分析。结果我院降压药的药物利用指数(DUI)≤1.0,单一用药率达到83.68%,二联用药率14.24%,三联用药率1.39%,四联用药率0.64%。结论我院降压药使用基本合理。
Objective To analysis the lowing blood pressure medicine in the clinic prescription and get to know the utilization situation of the lowing blood pressure medicine in our hospital. Method Make a statistic analysis of the prescription in our hospital made from Jan to Apr in 2005 of the outpatient chinese medicines and western medicine and make a analysis of the utilization factor of the blood pressure lowing medicine and its rationality as well. Results DUI of the blood pressure lowing medicine utilizazed in our hospital is less than 1 or equivalent to 1. The percentage of the treatment with single medicine is 83.68 %, with two is 14. 24%, with three is 1.39 %, with four is 0.64 %. Conclusion The utilization of the blood lowing pressure medicine in our hospital is generally reasonable.
