摘要
地下工程钢筋混凝土衬砌的拆模时间比其它现浇钢筋混凝土结构的拆模时间要短得多,其项拱承重模板可以在较短的时间内拆除,一些地下工程衬砌承重模板的拆模时间只有12-24h。针对规范要求的混凝土拆模强度、衬砌混凝土的荷载特点及衬砌模板的特点,结合二滩水电站引水隧洞和泄洪洞,对承重模板的拆模时间进行了分析和论证,说明提前拆模是可行和经济合理的,能够保证工程的质量和安全。
The form stripping age of reinforced concrete lining of underground works is much shorter than that of other in-situ reinforced concrete.The bearing form of arch roof lining concrete can be removed in shorter time for some underground works,the concrete age for removing the bearing form is only 12—24 h.In view of the specified concrete strength for form stripping and the characteristics of loads and form works of lining concrete,and in combination with the conditions of the intake tunnel and flood releasing tunnel at Ertan hydropower station,the lining concrete ages for removing the bearing form are analyzed and expounded.The analysis results show that the earlier form stripping is feasible and economically reasonable,and can ensure the quality and safety of the lining concrete works.
