摘要
当前的警务工作对信息平台提出了更高的要求。以江苏省公安厅警务信息平台的建设为例,讨论了警务信息平台的建设目标、应用关系和部署原则,提出了信息平台的体系结构,基于人、案件、物品、机构、地点五要素提出了信息资源库的设计策略。采取集中式部署方式建设了江苏省警务信息平台,实现了各警种、各部门信息系统之间的资源共享。
Information system is necessary for the current police orgnization. This paper takes the construction of the police information system （PIS） in Jiangsu province as an example, and then discusses the object, application relationships, deployment principle of the PIS. The PIS＇s architecture is proposed, in which resource database is designed based on the five elements including people, event, thing, organization and place. The centralized PIS in Jiangsu province is constructed, which implements the resource share among all kinds of police offices and organizations.
