摘要
主要研究了羟乙基甲基纤维素醚(HEMC)和羧甲基纤维素醚(CMC)对加气混凝土用抹灰砂浆性能的影响。研究表明,由于CMC是阴离子纤维素,在有钙离子存在的情况下很不稳定,对砂浆的保水性能改善甚少。而HEMC是非离子纤维素,性能稳定,掺量很少,仅为CMC掺量的十分之一就可以大幅度提高砂浆的保水性能,可以很好地解决普通砂浆的保水性能与加气混凝土吸水性能不相适应的问题。
The influences ofhydroxyethyl methyl cellulose OIEMC) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) on performances of plaster for aerated concrete have been researched in the paper. It has been found that because CMC is anion cellulose, its performance may become unstable when Ca^2+ exists, CMC only can improve the water retention of mortar little. However, HEMC is non-innic cellulose, so its performance is stable. A very small amount of HEMC (only tenth of addition of CMC) may improve the water retention of mortar on a large scale, and the problem that the water retention of common mortar doesn't match with the water absorbability of aerated concrete can be well solved.
