摘要
对水葫芦象甲安全性测定结果发现:在供试的具有代表性的23个科、46种植物中,水葫芦象甲只危害水葫芦,不危害其他任何的当地植物。控制效果实验表明:水葫芦象甲的成虫可大量取食水葫芦叶片和叶柄及茎杆,明显降低植株光合作用;幼虫则钻蛀茎杆,致使茎杆变黄、植株枯萎,甚至茎杆根部腐烂死亡;水葫芦象甲可十分有效地降低水葫芦植株的繁殖速率(t〉0.01,差异显著);还可明显抑制植株个体生长量(t〉0.01,差异显著);对水葫芦株高和根长也能起到明显的抑制作用;水葫芦象甲在昆明地区1年发生2—3代.卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫均可正常生长发育,高海拔并不影响水葫芦象甲的自然生长。
By determining the security of Neochetina eichhorniae, Neochetina eichhomiae endangered Eichhornia crassipes only in which 46 family 23 specie plants representative were used in experiment, do not endanger any other native plants. The experiment results showed that the adult of Neochaina eichhorniae can feed on a large of leaf, petiole and stem of Eichhornia crassipes ,to reduce photosynthesis of plant obviously.The larva drills and eats the stem, to causes yellowing, withering, rotten and death of the stem. Neochetina eichhorniae can effectively reduce the reproduction rate of Eichhornia crussipes ( t 〉 0.01 ) to suppress plant individual growth obviously( t 〉 0.01 ) and to have obvious suppression effect on plant height and root length of Eichhornia crassipes. Neochetina eicbhorniae breeds 2 - 3 generations one year in Kunming. spawn, larva, chrysalis and adult can all grow up normally. The natural growth of Neochetina dcbhorniae would not be affected by high elevation.
