有限元数值模拟在红外检测定量研究中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 基于热传导原理,结合红外热像检测的特点阐述了红外检测的数学分析方法,给出了数值模拟方案,并把有限元分析软件———ANSYS成功应用于红外检测混凝土构件的定量研究中,提出了从模拟结果中求解缺陷离检测面距离的方法以及误差分析.研究结果表明,有限元数值模拟方法用于定量研究红外检测是非常有效的. Based on the heat exchange theory, combined with the properties of infrared testing the numeri- cal analysis of infrared testing are expatiated and numerical simulation project are presented. The software of finite element method - ANSYS has been applied in the quantitative study of infrared testing successfully. Using this method, the distance between surface and defect can be calculated. The numerical results proved that the procedure is effective and versatile.
