摘要
采用真空间歇精馏方法对从莪术精油提取榄香烯的精制过程进行了研究,得到适宜的工艺条件。需采用二次精馏,一次精馏回流比1.0~3.0,收集53~63℃馏分,作为二次精馏原料。二次精馏回流比3.0~7.0,收集55~58℃馏分。产品榄香烯的质量分数达到88.0%以上,收率大于66.0%。这种方法操作稳定可靠,便于控制,容易实现工业化。
The refining process of elemene from oil of Rhizoma Curcuma was studied by vacuum batch distillation. The suitable operating conditions of the refined process were obtained. There were two parts during the experiments. In the first part, product of the first part was collected to be raw material of the second part under the temperatures ranging from 53 ℃ to 63℃and the reflux ratio between 1 : 1 and 3 : 1. In the second part,the product was collected under temperatures ranging from 55 ℃ to 58 ℃ and reflux ratio between 3 : 1 and 7 : 1, The purity of final product (mass) was more than 88 % and the distillation yield was more than 66 %. The method was credible, convenient for control and easy to achieve industrialization.
