摘要
为了研究建筑垃圾的工程性质以及该种材料在荷载作用下的变形特性,探讨利用建筑垃圾作为地基处理方法的适用性,对建筑垃圾堆填工程进行了现场载荷试验和堆填过程中土压力、沉降、孔隙水压力等监测,探讨了大面积堆填工程的地基变形、孔隙水压力以及土压力等的变化发展规律以及稳定性控制标准.研究结果表明,建筑垃圾是一种散粒状结构体,在荷载作用下与一般土体相比,表现出小变形特性和时效性.利用建筑垃圾本身的工程特性进行地基处理,按提出的沉降、侧向位移控制标准,同时严格控制堆填速率,是进行软土地基大面积堆填工程的有效措施.
To find the properties of construction waste and its deformation properties under loading test, the applicability of the construction waste as a ground treatment method was discussed. A series of field loading tests were made to monitor soil pressure, settlement and pore water pressure during the construction waste accumulation, and then the rules of foundation deformation, pore water pressure, soil pressure and stability control standards were investigated. The results indicate that the construction waste is an incompact granule structure, and shows the characteristics of small deformation and time effect under loading compared with general soil. According to the proposed control standards of settlement and lateral deformation, making use of the engineering characteristics of construction waste in the groundation treatment with the accumulation speed controlled strictly is an effective way to build a large piled mountain on soft soil foundation.
