Compatibility Torsion Test of the Spandrel Beam Without Cast-in-Place Slab in the Long-Span Prestressed Secondary Beams Floor System

摘要 介绍2个6 m×8 m无整浇板大跨度预应力次梁楼盖试件的边主梁协调扭转试验,探讨无整浇板大跨度预应力次梁楼盖中边主梁与次梁之间弯扭分配的变化过程.对试验现象和实测结果的分析表明,大跨度预应力次梁楼盖的边主梁始终处于弯剪扭复合受力状态下,其协调扭矩不可忽略,不应采用零刚度法;开裂以后,协调扭矩继续随荷载的增加而增长,这与AC I规范塑性设计法的基本假定有显著区别.该结果对规范修订有一定参考价值. The compatibility torsion tests of two 6 m × 8 m specimens of the spandrel beam without cast-inplace slab in the long-span prestressed secondary beams floor system were carried out. The process of moment redistribution between spandrel beam and the secondary floor beam in the floor system was investigated. The main conclusions drawn from the tests and analysis are as follows: (1)In the long-span prestressed secondary beams floor system, the spandrel beam is always subjected to torsion-bending-shear, the conlpatibility torsional moment in the spandrel beam cannot be neglected, the zero torsional moment design method should not be adopted ; (2) After cracking, the compatibility torsional moment keeps growing with the increase of the load, and it is obviously different from the basic supposition of the limit design method proposed by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) code. The result presents important reference to the revision of national design criterion.
