摘要
利用JXA-8800电子探针(EPMA)、NETZSCHDSC404型差示扫描热分析计(DSC)等手段对ZL109合金中镍对富铁相的影响的研究结果表明:镍的加入能使针片状的β铁相转变为鱼骨状α-Al8Ni2Fe相,鱼骨状α-Al8Ni2Fe相在共晶点以上的温度区形成,是一种准稳定相。
Effect of nickel on the iron-rich inter-metallic in ZL109 alloy was studied using A JXA-8800 electron microprobe and NETZSCH DSC 404 in this paper. The experiment results revealed that the addition of nickel changed the morphology of the iron-rich inter-metallic, turning the needle-like phase to a fishbone-like α-Al8Ni2Fe phase. It is also found that the formation temperature of α-Al8Ni2Fe is higher than the eutectic reaction temperature, and the addition of nickel inhibited the peritectic reaction to form β phase, which made the α-Al8Ni2Fe becoming quasi-stable phase.
