Study on the Application of PEO in the Development of Aramid Paper

摘要 芳纶纸基复合材料是目前最高档绝缘材料之一,同时也是航空、航天、国防、电子、通讯等领域中的重要材料。针对国内芳纶纸研制中长期存在的匀度不良而导致的性能不佳的问题,重点研究了开发过程中关键技术助剂PEO的应用。探讨了PEO的用量与纸张性能的关系,以及PEO的作用机理。采用特殊的分散技术与纸页成型工艺及设备,提高成纸的匀度,解决以往芳纶纸制备中存在的纸页匀度差、强度低、性能不够稳定等问题,目前研制的芳纶纸产品性能已接近杜邦同类产品性能标准。 Aramid paper composite materials are one of top grade insulating materials at present. And it is also important material in the field of aviation, spaceflight, electron and communication. But there is a long -standing problem of bad uniformity in the course of production, which may result in the decline of properties of aramid paper. The relationship between paper properties and the optimum dosage are discussed as well as the effect mechanism of PEO. The unique dispersion and paper formation technology and equipment are adopted to improve the uniformity of paper, in order to solve the problems of bad uniformity, bad strength and unstable performance of aramid paper. The quality of the prepared aramid paper is similar to the same type product of Dupont.
