随着中国经济的持续增长,便利店会成为零售业中最具竞争力的业态之一,我国大力发展便利店会成为必然。便利店与其他零售业态相比,其竞争优势就是便利性,这种便利性则集中体现在服务上,我国便利店发展的主要问题是定位不清,没有凸现便利店的竞争优势。
