摘要
以氨基分布均匀的反应性氨基聚硅氧烷和3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为原料,合成了聚硅氧烷季铵盐抗菌柔软整理剂,确定了最佳合成条件,并且通过IR对其结构进行了表征。应用实验表明,采用聚硅氧烷季铵盐整理后的织物具有较好的抗菌性和耐洗性,并可赋予织物柔软的手感和较高的白度。
Using reactive aminopolysiloxane with regular distribution of amino groups in the molecule and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropy.1 trimethyl ammonium chloride as starting materials, quaternary ammonium functional polysiloxane as an antibacterial and softening agent was synthesized, optimum conditions were determined, and the chemical structure was characterized via IR method. Applied effects showed that quaternary ammonium functional polysiloxane imparted good and durable antibiotic property, good softness and whiteness to fabrics.
