This article combines the literature research with field survey and put the definite opinions on the introduction route of capsicum. The opinions are as follow: it is the course of "Carrack Trade" from Mexico to China via lvsong (Philippine) set up by Spanish that plays the first important role on the problem of capsicum’s introduction; Manila Bay of Philippine is the transfer station while the capsicum is introduced into China; the first spot of introduction should be the coastland of Zhejiang and Fujian, but not Guangdong or Guangxi.
