摘要
对联合收获机的割刀进行了运动分析,在理论分析的基础上利用ADAMS软件建立了联合收获机切割机构的模型,对割刀的运动进行了仿真。仿真分析表明,割刀的位移、速度和加速度均为简谐运动,在行程的中点,割刀的速度最大,加速度最小,割刀的速度与位移之间呈椭圆曲线变化,加速度与位移之间是线性关系。仿真结果与理论分析相一致,符合设计要求,同时也为确定合理的割刀运动参数打下了基础。
The cutter's movement of the combine harvester was analyzed, the cutter model of the combine harvester was built by using the ADAMS based on the theoretic analysis and the cutter movement simulation has been done. The simulation results showed that the displacement, velocity and acceleration for the cutter are simple harmonic movement. In the midpoint of the journey, the value of cutter velocity is maximum and the value of acceleration is minimum. The relationship between the velocity and the displacement is an elliptic function and the acceleration with the displacement is a linear function. The simulation results consisted with theoretic analysis, accorded with the design request and at the same time it laid the foundations for deciding rational movement parameters of the cutter.
