摘要
目的:研究对叶大戟Euphorbia sororia的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从对叶大戟乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到10个化合物,经理化常数和波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为山柰酚(kaempferol,1),莨菪亭(scopoletin,2),山柰酚3-0一吡喃葡萄糖苷(kaempfcrol 3-0-glucopyranoside,3),槲皮素(quercetin,4),香草酸(vanillicacid,5),反式对羟基肉桂酸(E-p—hy—droxy—cinnamic acid,6),原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,7),6,7-二羟基香豆素(6,7-dihydmxycoumarin,8),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,9),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,10)。结论:化合物1—10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Euphorbia sororia. Method: Isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel and Sephadex LH -20 column chromatographies. Compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Result: Ten compounds were isolated from the plant . Their structures were identified as kaempferol ( 1 ), scopoletin ( 2 ) , kaempferol 3-O-glucopyranoside (3) , quercetin (4) , vanillic acid ( 5 ), E-p-hydroxycinnamic acid ( 6 ), protocatechuic acid (7) , 6, 7-dihydroxycoumarin (8) β-sitosterol (9) , and daucosterol ( 10 ) , respectively. Conclusion: All the above compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
