摘要
针对许多实验室投资效果和教学效果较差的情况，提出了改革实验教学体系和实验室体制，把教学实验室办成相对独立的教学实体的构想，并在实验室人员。
Based on the reviewing of working and teaching results of laboratory investment in many universities, a propose about improving the laboratory's development and its teaching system has been pressented in this paper. The major idea of the propose is to devolop the Lab. as a relative independent teaching unit. The typical operation methods or rules including the use of the laboratory, the management of the lab, and its examination, the arrangement of experimental researchers and the use of experimental fee are discussed in this paper too.
