摘要 以45钢圆柱体为试件,由实验确定的温度和时间之间的关系,利用有限差分法和非线性估计法,求解45钢圆柱体试作在淬火过程中热传导方程的逆问题.从而得到以油和水为淬火液时圆柱体表面换热系数曲线.计算结果表明:上述方法是确定钢淬火时表面换热系数的一种有效方法,以水为淬火液所得到的表面换热系数比油为淬火液所得到的表面换热系数大. The inverse problem of heat conduction for 45 steel cylinder was solved by means of explicit finite difference,nonlinear estimate methods and relationship between time and temperature during quenching.With the help of the technique we can obtain.the surface heat-transfer coeffients.in oil and water quenchant.The results obtained have shown that this technique is an effectual method that can determinate the surface heat transfer coeffients in various quenching media.The maximum value of surface heat-transfer coeffients in water islarger than those in oil.
